The Moroccan Industrial Intellectual Property Office (OMPIC) has announced an updated schedule regarding the official fees for trademark registration in Morocco which is already effective since October 1st, 2017.
The official fees for trademark
registration In Morocco has shifted upward by fifty-five per cent (55%);
as The official fees for registration increased from $124 to $192;
furthermore, the registration for additional classes changed from $21 to
$38.
As per the renewal official fees it
has increased by thirty-three per cent (33%); therefore, the new renewal
official fees $192 for one class and $38 for each additional class;
knowing that the old official fees were $129 for renewal in one class
and $21 for additional classes.
