Adjustments regarding the Official Publication
Fees in Syria

New Ministerial Decree has been issued in Syria announcing an increase in the official publication charges for new and renewed trademarks applications in the official Gazette (the “Ministerial Decree”) as detailed in the following table.

Furthermore, the Ministerial Decree mentioned the publications for updated assignment records, mergers, name and address.

The Decree is already effective since October 15, 2017.
