Electronical IP Titles in Morocco
The Moroccan Trademark Office will no longer issue hard copies of the registrations and/or renewals certificates (the “Certificates”). Instead the original Certificates and all of the Intellectual Property titles will be digitalized and delivered via email. Such digitalized Certificates shall stand for original documents.
