Telephone
Surveys
When we
carry out phone surveys for you, we go through our plan from start to finish,
before making the first phone call. In this type of research, random digit
dialing (RDD) can place phone calls to numbers that are available, along with
those that are unlisted. By using RDD, sample accuracy improves the overall
quality and consistency of the research. With computer-assisted telephone
interviewing (CATI) software, our experienced interviewers can conduct the
survey with exceptional accuracy. Questions are on rotation with the CATI
platform’s assistance. This is just one of the ways we can provide you with a
first-rate service.
Interactive
Voice Response Surveys
Another
type of survey we have on offer are interactive voice response (IVR) surveys.
Research is conducted without an interviewer present for IVR questionaries.
Pre-recorded questions are asked to individuals, and they can answer by using
the keypads on their phone, or by recording their response after they hear a
beep sound on the phone. The vast majority of IVR surveys are either net
promoter score (NPS) surveys or customer satisfaction score (CSAT) surveys.
With an ever-growing demand for customer satisfaction, it is important to know
from a business perspective what your clients are really thinking.
