Reiteration of Powers of Attorney regulations in Kuwait
Previously
on March, 19, 2019 by, circular, The Ministry of Trade and Economy in
Kuwait provided new conditions with respect of powers of attorney
regarding trademarks registrations.
According to such circular, late filing of POA and any other document were no longer acceptable.
However, after several
deliberations with the ministry, this circular was retreated and PoA as
well as other documents could be again submitted with the late filing of
one month.
