Shiekha Amna Al-Thani is our Chief Managing Partner, working with Mr. Al-Mannai she has earned broad knowledge and experience. Her vision, strategy and relentless endeavors are at the foundation of Our Firm.

She have an extensive experience in various field of the law including company and commercial law, banking and finance, Islamic finance, Islamic insurance, energy and infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, corporate governance, drafting of legislation and policy documents as well as litigation and dispute resolution.

She has been involved in advising on some of the region's most complex corporate and commercial structures for regional and international clients. She has also been involved in advising on multi millions joint venture in the Gas and Oil sector.

Shiekha Amna Al-Thani has a wide expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in general, advising investors on the best available corporate structures and working on various projects in the IP sectors as well as the Governmental sector.

She is a bilingual lawyer who is qualified to work in Arabic and English at a professional level, which enable her to interface and liaise with different authorities and agencies at all levels.
