Mr. Mohsen Al-Atttiah is the Litigation Managing Partner and has been with the firm since 1999. Mr. Mohsen practices in the areas of commercial litigation and local and international arbitration. He also advises clients on tax, insurance, construction, oil & gas, BOT projects, maritime, banking and restructuring matters. Mr. Mohsen has many publication in international legal journal.

Mr. Mohsen has been a regular guest speaker at conferences, seminars in Egypt, Bahrain and Qatar. Mr. Mohsen holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) awarded (with honors) by Cairo University. Mr. Mohsen was admitted to the Egyptian bar.

In addition to his wide experience in Litigation Mr. Mohsen has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law matters including the representation of local and foreign clients in franchise, establishment of Qatari limited liability companies, employment, foreign investment, construction, taxation and agency/distributorship related matters.

Mr. Mohsen has assisted local and foreign business organizations of all sizes, and in all stages of growth, with their legal and business needs in Qatar Bahrain and overseas. His clients include Public companies as well as middle-market and start-up companies.
