Mr. Midaht has graduated with Honors and handling an LL.B degree in Law, He specializes in corporate law and commercial litigation and arbitration, franchise law, tax law, labor and employment law and admiralty and maritime law.

He is an experienced litigator, having handled countless civil, criminal and administrative cases before various courts and arbitration tribunals in the country.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Hidhat, had practiced Litigation in different jurisdictions and has been specialized in, Labor and Employment Law, Corporate Law and Corporate Services, and Intellectual Property Law.
Aside from legal work, he is currently a regular legal adviser for Group of companies and He also writes as a regular article for legal newsletter.

Mr. Midhat is also a specializes in contract, corporate and business law and is very skilled in assisting companies and businesses in Qatar.
